What is the best radio head for my price budget and needs?
I’m looking to replace my Radio Head in my 2002 Ford Escape. Circuit City is offering free installation on orders over $99, so my price range is $99-$175.
I want to be able to hook my iPOD to it, and I want to be able to still go through my songs ON my iPOD, not on the radio head display. (I hear it’s a pain in the ass).
I’d also like Bluetooth calling, (how is that? I don’t see how it works…if its going through the speakers won’t there be alot of feedback on the other end of the call?)
And I have Sirius Satellite hooked up in my car, maybe control it through that too?
If my current radio is a 6-cd changer, when I replace it, will I no longer have that?
One more thing, do radio heads enhance the quality of the music? If so, I’d like one that puts out good quality as well and has a good range of options…
Pioneer is a good brand, but for all the options you want, you’re looking at quite a bit more than $175 bluetooth for example is a high dollar item still, sirius and ipod should be no problem though…

Going on a carnival cruise to Jamaica and Grand Cayman in August.. which shore excursions are best?
Going on a honeymoon cruise with my future husband in August to Jamaica and Grand Cayman.. which shore excursions do you recommend? We really like the idea of horseback riding on the beach. Any suggestions?? Have you cruised with Carnival before? Did you like it? What about in comparison to Royal Caribbean? I have only cruised Disney and RC before.. what to expect that may be different? Jamaica and Grand Cayman are really nice places to go. I have been to both places twice (each). While I was in Grand Cayman the first time I booked the stingray tour, it was kinda expensive, but i def. think it was worth it. we got on this boat and headed out to a part of the ocean where you could stand in the water ( it was below your waist) and hundreds of stingrays came. You could feed them, just stand there or swim around. I didnt do the horseback riding excursion, it seemed too pricey for me and the family, plus we’ve never ridden horses before. In Jamaica, I def. suggest taking shore excursions for the first time to the island, since if you havent been there before it can get kinda scary.lol. The first time i went my family and i took a private taxi excursion around the island for the day, we went to the beaches, up in the mountains ( went to the Fern Gulley) and just drove around seeing everything. It was very very expensive. By the way, 1 US dollar equals 70 to their money, so dont let them scam you!! Another excursion i went on while there was the Bob Marley bus tour.It was a 5 hour tour that went up in the mountains ( i got sick) it was so high up there, we saw where bob lived and walked around the re-treat. it was very fun and informative. I have cruised with Carnival so many times, i have stopped counting. I like Carnival because it has decent prices and there are tons of things to do on the ship. I have only cruised with Royal Caribbean once before, only because they pretty much only offer western cruises, and I enjoy the eastern and southern ones much better. Royal Caribbean has better food in my opinion, thats about it. Oh and you might see more people on Carnival than RC, Carnival tends to pack them in tightly. Have Fun.

just got one too, although a different model. it’s new and has 1megapxl capability for shooting still photos, not video. and this memory/resolution feature is only good enough to send attached pictures/jpgs via email and/or for viewing on a monitor/computer screen. it’s not enough to be able to print nice 8×10 or even 4×6 photos without faking the resolution by means of software programs like photoshop.
it should be fine for making amateur videos and maybe more but a good digital camera it is not.
movie wise, i always heard the final cut editing software is a very good product.

Traxxas T-maxx rebuild?
So I’ve had mine for about 4 years and I just took it out of the box again to fix it up and get it running. I took apart the whole engine because I couldn’t even turn the flywheel because there was so much gunk in the engine, so I got it all cleaned and put back together minus the carburetor. Now when I spin the flywheel it has pretty good compression and tomorrow I’m going to rebuild the carburetor and replace that unicorn blue thing. Also I have a thing of fuel that I never opened from 2 years ago, will it still be okay to use? Also I’m probably going to get back into to driving it a lot more and if the engine doesn’t work I’m not going to rebuild, I’ll just buy a new bigger one. So how is the 3.3? Is it a lot better? Or should I go with a totally different engine? I don’t want to get a conversion kit, I just want one that I can drop in.

If the fuel was not in extreme hot and cold temperatures it’s fine,like winter and summer.I have the T-MAXX 3.3 and it’s unreal compared to the 2.5,if you use a 3.3 in a 2.5,you have to upgrade the drive train,drive shafts and basically alot of other parts.Mine was a 2.5 and i broke all this stuff cause i was unaware that they’re way to weak for the 3.3.Mail me if you want more info.

Toy Story 3 LEGO 2010 Review: Set 7597 Western Train Chase
The latest Lego set to feature Buzz Lightyear, Woody and the rest of the gang from the Pixar film Toy Story 3, out in June 2010, is a colourful set called Western Train Chase. It depicts a scene from Toy Story 3 where Hamm (disguised cleverly as the evil Dr Porkchop as named by Andy way back in the original Toy Story) has trapped Rex in a boxcar threatening to blow him and the train to pieces.
As mentioned earlier the set is colourful and meant to represent a toy train that kids would play with rather than a recreation of an actual train that most other Lego train sets depict. There are no stickers in this set which is a boon and it just adds to the beautiful feel Lego have created.
The train set comes with a locomotive and three carriages, including a red caboose, a green passenger car and a grey cargo car. While there is no internal detailing in any of the cars they can fit minfigures inside and are instantly distinguishable by their colors. Both the caboose and the passenger car have opening doors and roof that can be removed, while the cargo car has a sliding side door on both sides and a trapdoor on the roof. The locomotive engine is full of wonderful colors and very well designed. It looks like a toy train you want to play with.
The figures in the set are a great mix. With Woody and Buzz come cowgirl Jesse, Hamm the pig, Rex the dinosaur and Bullseye the horse. The non-human figures are wonderfully designed and instantly recognisable as their animated counterparts. Bullseye is a highlight and a great model for future Lego horses. Unlike the current equine figures, Bullseye’s two are movable so he can appear to rear up.
The price point is one of the highest per price we have seen from Lego. With 589 Western Train Chase retails at $79.99 and this will probably deter many from picking this great set up. Nevertheless kids will love it as will Pixar and Lego Train fans so it is worth chasing down.
