Which remote control Nitro R/C Truck should I get?

I have definitely settled on a Traxxas vehicle and I have it narrowed down between the Revo 3.3 #5309 and the Slayer Pro 3.3 #5907. They both come with the TQ 2.4GHz High Output radio controller with Traxxas Link. The price difference is not an issue. I have owned plenty of high performance R/C cars, gas and electric, so im not a rookie driver. I don’t race any more, but have I have plenty of buddies who still do and don’t race, that have everything from Traxxas, HPI, Tamiya, and Losi vehicles. I just want something fun to mess around with and kick some as* They do on and off road and everything in between. I would like responses from users of, or experience with, either or both vehicles. Personal opinions would be helpful. Any other additional information would be great; whatever y’all feel is necessary. Thank you!

dealings with redcat racing?

i am thinking about getting a new electric rc have a couple traxxas vehicles and a hpi. well i am considering getting a earthquake 8e because of the price and the fact it already comes with a 2.4 ghz remote and reciever. plus it comes with a brushless set up and two lipo batteries for about 370. i was wondering if anyone has ever bought anything from them how was there customer service and how long did it take to get parts these are my concerns about them. the other vehicle im considering is a brushed emaxx for like 480 the batteries are included and also comes with the 2.4 ghz. but this one is slower and is brushed so i cant run lipos on the other had i know they have excellent customer service and also i know i can go to about any hobby shop to get parts… any suggestions

We have one and love it, hard to beat for the money. cant keep the front wheels on the ground. 370 is more then we paid. Try rctoysnh.com,thnk we paid around 290, they were a help when we were looking and answered all our questions.
