I would love to have one converted to brushless electric. Would put a trailer on it and pull all my racing crap from my car to the pit tables at races. Save me 5 trips to the car and be cool doing it.

i like both nitro and electric . eletric is good because all u hav to do is charge and go plus u can submerge it and its low maintance but if u want an electric car or truck tht is fast u hav to pay more but with nitro thy are usually faster and cheaper they smell good and sound awsome but u hav to do maintance on thn i hav both electric and nitro and i like them both

Nothing wrong with nitro, I like the smell but I don’t like the noise. So I have all electric. None of my RCs ever remain unmodified, so the speed thing becomes irrelevant. I make ‘em faster! :-p
Torque is useful as it improves traction, but both nitro and electric usually have clutches, so traction is relatively adjustable for both.
The big thing with electric is, just stick in more cells and you have more power from the same engine.

Annoying neighbors, that’s about it. Can you say “disturbing the peace”? I bet you can with a ticket that an electric car wouldn’t have gotten you. Torque? A 750 size brushless with 16.8v probably pushes just as much tq as a 2.5 or 3cc nitro motor. And what good is torque when speed is mainly in the transmission? In case you didn’t know, nitro and electric trannys can be geard identically. For the dollar, electric is the way to go. I laid out ALL the facts why.

So all you can come up with is speed, like it’s the most fantastic feature in the world. Let me tell you something. A nitro truck vs a brushless truck will cost the same for similar features, 1 or 2spd, reverse, single steering servo, 4wd, 65mph approximate top speed, batteries and fuel. So come on big girl, find something other than speed that you “claim” nitro dominates.
average nitro is faster then average electric. Who cares about the fastest. Electric is for pussies.
Electric is better.
World’s fastest RC car is electric, not nitro.
You don’t have to tune electric to hot and cold, nitro you do.
You can recharge your electric, you can only recharge the 4 AA batteries for the reciever and servos, but still need to refuel.
Electric weighs less than nitro.
Electric automatically has reverse, nitro only does with the right tranny and servo.
You can submerge an electric RC car, never nitro.
So I think the facts speak for themselves.
