The engine it comes with the Traxxas 3.3 is a pain!!! SO hard to tune. I use a Axial .32 on mine and it runs way smoother. But I would recommend getting a E-revo brushless edition… Spend the extra money cuz you will eventually get a brushless.. Also get the venom pro charger of towerhobbies website and venom lipos cuz they good price
i rather sspend 50 then 850 and get my self a nice hoe with the rest of the money j.k. i was just expecting more speed from an rc with 3 engines thats all and also hows the revo cause im thinkin on gettting one but not sure if i want nitro or brushless do u have an opinion?

All the people saying bad things about this truck must not have thought about the engineering,research and development that went into this truck. I think it is awsome that someone took an idea and made it a reality. Also made it work. So what the drive shaft broke that is just the development side of it. I bet when all four tires work it must have lit em up. This truck is really amazing in my book man great job.

1st, the rear drive shaft broke, thats why it spun the front wheels, read before you comment, if U can. No center diff, direct drive 2spd trans. I am so tired of supposed experts commenting on shit they have no idea about. Piece of shit? It got a 4 page layout in Rc Car Action, 9/04where is yours at dumbass? Lame? wanna race? Its easy to say you’ll smoke it from behind your computer screen. This was a test run, was never meant to be posted. I’m gonna quit replying, you idiots just piss me off.

dont forget steel axel shafts………for the amount of torque that thing is putting out
it would make better use out of those engines if it were set up for drifting, meaning lowered center of gravity and a set of good slicks and had a better transmission…
that thing is like so slow if you make another vid actually drive the thing and driving up the gutter is crap make a real jump for the thin because that thing would really go!!!!

While it must have been fun to design this and put it together, i shouldn’t think it can outrun a monster truck with a good brushless system. Not to mention the noise.
Good project however, very ambitious and looks good.
