I used to race R/C cars in a modified street class. If you are looking for a good 1/10 scale off-road buggy or truck, I would say get anything by Team Associated or Losi. Normally you can find ready-to-run (RTR) versions at a local hobby store or online store like Tower hobbies They usually include: vehicle, charge, battery pack, controller. If you are looking for something that will not require charging then you will have to go with nitro.
