Hi, And first off I would like to say:
DO NOT, under any circumstances, put regular gas in it!
Use nitro glow fuel at all times. buy a glow plug wrench and a fuel bottle. get a good starter box, or roto- start. this hobby can get expensive.
Not to say that the truggy you’ve picked is bad, just I would go to a hobby shop and look around before committing to this truck and finding out you could’ve gotten a better truggy.
But I think that this is a very relaxing hobby, and i feel as you will enjoy it. Have fun driving!
P.S. don’t forget extra glow plugs and a temp gun.:)
Yes you will need to buy nitro glow fuel which can be purchased at a lhs (local hobby shop) or online but in smaller quantities and more expensive.
*I don’t think you need a temp gun unless you don’t mind spending the 20ish bucks. You can tune your engine by how it runs the best but just keeping it slightly rich to be on the safe side. There is a bunch of info on how to tune an engine on the web. Just make sure it doesn’t start smoking due to overheating.
