Need help with RC trucks?

So i know my boyfriend always watches those videos that show the rc trucks racing and playing. and because hes into machinery at work he likes the dump trucks and all those kinds. so for christmas i wanna order him some of them offline. A good starter truck is the TRAXXAS T-MAX (I think that’s how they spell it lol) It’s a little pricey (around $125) but it’s worth it. Also its a nitro (outside only)

yes the T-maxx is nice but nitro runs about $20-$30 a gallon so an E-maxx is cheeper in the long run the new E-maxx is 100% water proof runs on bateries that can be recharged hast 2 moters 2 stering servoes and uses 2 bateries that will need to be bought along with a charger but it is way worth it in the long run. ohh yah its 4 weel drive and does about 20-30mph our of the box depending on the bateries.
