Easy to make lunch ideas?
I am 18 and have just started at my first full time job at a real estate agency. Tommorrow will be my 4th day working there. I get a 45 minute lunch break at about 1:30 and im sick of going to the shopping centre over the road and spending $15 (Australian) just for a drink and a caesar salad!
Do you have any lunch ideas that i can make at home to take to work that will be yummy, and withstand my 45 minute train ride to work?
I have access to 2 fridge’s and 2 micro-waves at work.
My favourite lunches are a good caesar salad, and macoroni and cheese (although i dont know how to make it!) I will take the normal leftovers when i have them (spag bowl,etc) but id like to make something for most days.
Any ideas/recipes?

Since you’ll probably be working somewhere for years, go ahead and invest a few dollars in a thermal “lunch box” and get a couple of the refreezable ice containers and get a few containers that are microwave safe in different sizes. Then you can take salads (put the dressing in a separate container and add it when ready to eat) or leftovers or sandwiches/wraps or whatever strikes you.
With the proper containers to insulate things, you can take anything you want and have it withstand your travel time!
