how long has lead paint been in mattel toys?
i have electric football teams made by mattel and was wondering if the lead paint scare is just recent or has always been in their paint.
The lead paint has always been in their paint. The news about the lead is recent, but the lead has always been there. Lead paint has been used for Mattel Toys ever since their company started…but the new Toys of theirs that come out in 2008 or so will have fixed the lead paint problem and their paint will be a little safer. But that’s starting from at least 2008.
