electric shock from stove?
Well, i just got hit with a couple of volts i think…Well, what happen is that my mom had me clean a little part of the stove where the auto pilot is, or the autoignition. She didn’t know when someone is cleaning that part your not suppose to mess with it. Well she try to turn on the one on the other side and i got shock. Well, my question would be why i got shock eventhough she was using a different knob? Is this a harmful shock? I just felt it on my finger but when it comes to amps is a different story. I HAVE no idea how many amps or if there are any amps? I would appreciate any answers.
This is a Gas stove. This might change something. It has the autoignition that’s the one i got shock with.
You’ll be fine don’t worry about it. As far as the current when the other knob was being turned, that doesn’t sound good but it does happen. Electricity loves to jump.
