It is difficult to imagine a company that is as satisfying as coaching. Helping people realize their dreams is as important as it gets.
Top Clients are very often those who need a little self-confidence or the tools to help them realize their true potential, while being provided with a generally positive attitude. For these people, personal growth is often exponentially when they come to terms with their own power.
Much more difficult for clients life coach are those who believe they have beaten the bottom of a cycle and it is hopeless. These people are convinced that life is for them – that nothing can go right, no matter how difficult, or what they try.
Outbreaks of the power of thought positive is rarely the best way for a coach to win respect for someone who thinks a higher power has its number.
A more effective approach, In my opinion, is to try to help the client understand that a cycle is, after all, is just that – a cycle. By definition, have low and high cycles. The trick is to change the perspective of the customer outside of the short-term "here and now" and are currently pain in the long term and what might be.
After all, is it not true that nothing in life is permanent? Is it not true that we "Top" all the experience and the "down" cycles of our lives – even if the amplitude of the high and low is different sometimes dramatically, man to man?
One of my favorite books – and one who deserves for introducing me to a new journey in life – is bestseller of Graham Hancock's "Fingerprints of the Gods" in which he presents convincing evidence of the existence of ancient civilizations, but very advanced on earth thousands of years ago.
I first read the traces of gods past twenty years. All the book puzzled me much, but my imagination has soared above all for its explanation a phenomenon called precession.
Before reading the work of Hancock that he had, as everyone knows that the Earth keeps turning on its axis, taking 24 hours from sunrise to sunrise and Earth orbits the sun in endless cycles, each a little over 365 days.
What I was completely unaware of the age of the existence of a another, much longer, great cycle that plays slowly in the earth continues its celestial dance around the center of our solar system. This cycle – The cycle precessionary – is caused by a very slight "wobble" that exists in axial rotation of the Earth.
Just imagine the axis of the Earth as a huge stick skewer to pierce the world via the poles around which the Earth is in constant rotation. Now imagine that because a tiny oscillation, the ends of the skewer pole describes a small circle as it rotates very slowly in the direction opposite the fastest lap of the Earth. (Anyone who has pushed a rapidly spinning gyroscope will what I mean.)
This effect is called precession and the cycle precessionary – wait for it – A total of 26,000 years to see its effects! In doing so, we experience a change, so gradual as to be imperceptible to our view of star systems in our horizon. Incredibly, this is almost imperceptible tremor in the introduction of a different age each birth 2100 years more or less!
As I write this, we're about two years as carefully astrological transition from Pisces to Aquarius.
So What exactly does "incursion" my short film in the world of astrology has to do with life coaching?
Well, my point is that our lives are governed by cycles – the "nod" in the incredibly long time. The purpose of these cycles, in my opinion, we have the change or contrast in a general consistency.
This may seem a contradiction – but imagine a world without cycles. It would be completely static, unchanged, with a record that has been ongoing, endless and mind numbingly boring.
I run the risk of falling seriously short of when I say that our universe and our world is a fascinating and surprising. The cyclical nature of our environment provides us with excitement and opportunity through providing access to an unlimited variety. At the same time, we have the comfort and security that comes from knowing change is never permanent.
Take your time to explore and appreciate how all aspects of your life is governed by cycles and eventually lose their fear of change. In Instead, embrace and welcome the knowledge that however much things change, but still the same.
Swimmers who try to fight against strong currents over time lose their energy and die. The they are attracted by the currents become effortlessly transported to a quieter place where you can use your energy retained to find their way safely to shore.
Life cycles are like ocean currents. The fight cons change that and you'll quickly be sapped of their energy and their joie de vivre. Advantage of the opportunity to change, however, and discovers faster than opening up new horizons in a surprisingly reassuring.
